I pull from my years of experience facilitating in social change movements, faith-rooted environments and business settings. I first learned to facilitate as a La Leche League Leader…and if I can lead a discussion with toddlers asking for snacks, overwhelmed, new breastfeeding mothers asking questions, and at least three different opinions on any given topic in the room, I can facilitate just about anything! As a Certified xchange Guide, I bring a research-backed framework for conscious convening to every engagement.

The Enneagram is one of the most useful tools available for building team communication, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence. When a team learns this model together, with a skilled guide and a justice-informed framework, the results are lasting.

I use the Awareness to Action Enneagram model because it is the most practical and action-oriented Enneagram model available for teams. It moves people from self-awareness to behavioral change, which is where real personal and professional development happens.

Every in-person or online organizational Enneagram engagement is customized to your team’s needs. I work with teams to design the right experience, whether that is a single workshop, a multi-session training series, or an ongoing organizational coaching program.

Transformative Coaching for Leaders Doing Hard Work

Writing, Resource & Curriculum Development

I have over 20 years of experience writing, curating and developing resources and curriculum for a variety of audiences including birthing families, activists, community leaders and everyday folks who want to learn various personal, spiritual and professional development topics. Projects range from curating multi-author projects, to writing short essays, devotionals and blog posts to developing resource guides and full curriculum. I am available to consult on or contribute to any size writing project as well.
