I am passionate about self-development and team alignment work that acknowledges the intersections of our lives (e.g. race, gender, sexuality, disability, nationality, power) and understanding that impact on our personality expression, understanding of self, perception of others and relationship dynamics.

I don’t believe self-development work needs to be fixated on how bad, flawed or broken you are. You already know your shit- it’s likely what brought you to the work. Enneagram, as I teach it is “Ahhh-luminating” - lots of ah-ha moments that help you grow in awareness of your well-worn patterns of belief, your core motivations, and “derailers”.

You can mature and grow into a more effective and satisfying version of yourself. The work is recognizing your patterns and values and working with, not against yourself.

My speciality is supporting folks at every level of the social sector - in foundations, nonprofit organizations, social good companies and community based organizations - folks who want work with heart and action.

I’ve based Enneagram for the People in a framework influenced by formal human development education, Black feminist and womanist theory, a commitment to the study of clear thinking, solid enneagram theory, team dynamics, personal & professional development.

I believe enneagram work is most effective when it is accessible, applicable and aaah-luminating. Accessible = are the language and concepts understandable? Applicable = does this relate to my work and life in tangible ways? Aah-luminating = do I have ah-ha moments of transformation that help me with actionable growth?

I am trained and certified in the Narrative Tradition and the Awareness to Action Enneagram . I use the Awareness to Action enneagram model with my organizational clients as I have found it to be the most impactful and useful model for teams that desire to transform people skills into organizational capacity.

As a perpetual student, I am committed to learning and integrating data, information and wisdom as it comes to me. I integrate all I’ve learned from my educational background and years of nonprofit and small business experience including: spiritual care, emotional intelligence, intellectual engagement, human development and somatics into my work.

Enneagram Typing Interviews

If you’re ready to discover your enneagram type, book a 90 minute* Enneagram Typing Session. In this session, we go deeper than online tests through expertly designed questions to uncover your core motivations and unrealized personality structure. Knowing your type helps you discover your “type map” for self-understanding, transformation and more choice in automatic habits and patterns. We will discover our best hypothesis for both your Enneatype (preferred strategy) and Instinctual Bias.

As your coach, I aim to help you ask better questions, discover your own answers, uncover your options, explore your inner landscape, clarify beliefs and set goals for your life and leadership. Individual enneagram coaching moves builds on knowledge of your personality profile to build awareness of your patterns of thought and action to identify maladaptive patterns and move towards adaptive behaviors that help you reach your goals.

Group Coaching

Group coaching is a powerful way to experience individual transformation in the powerful container of communal experience. Group coaching provides a practical, accountable way to set and reach goals with others committed to personal or professional change. This is a deeply impactful experience as learning comes through other participants, the group experience and me, your coach. Team and Organizational Coaching

Organizational enneagram coaching includes a customized plan that honors your team’s commitments and goals. Organizations use the enneagram to enhance team connection, spark self-awareness, provide robust team building and develop emotional intelligence skills. This coaching is available for small teams to large organizations.

Organizational Teaching & Training

Enneagram training is holistic team leadership development that makes a difference. With a strong background in human development, adult learning, sustainable leadership development and facilitation combined with extensive and ongoing enneagram training, I will support your team’s goals for personal development, group cohesion, greater psychological safety and effective communication. While I am trained in multiple enneagram methods, I use the Awareness to Action Enneagram method for organizations and teams.

All services include a personalized plan based on your team’s needs, challenges, current state and goals. We will work together to build a transformative experience for your group or team.  Materials include a 76 page enneagram guidebook for each participant.
