A typing session is a personalized conversation, not a test. We work together to discover your Enneagram type and Instinctual Bias subtype. Many people who have taken online assessments and been left confused or mistyped find that a conversation with a skilled guide changes everything.

Individual coaching builds on typing to help you identify your patterns, understand your motivations, and set goals for growth in your work and life. Sessions are available as standalone engagements or ongoing coaching packages.

I’ve based Enneagram for the People in a framework influenced by my formal human development education, Black feminist and womanist theory that values lived experience, a commitment to the study of clear thinking, solid enneagram theory, team dynamics, personal & professional development.

I believe enneagram work is most effective when it is accessible, applicable and aaah-luminating. Accessible = are the language and concepts understandable? Applicable = does this relate to my work and life in tangible ways? Aah-luminating= do I have ah-ha moments of transformation that help me with actionable growth?

I do not believe self-development work needs to be fixated on how bad, broken, or flawed you are. You already know your patterns. The Enneagram, as I teach it, is illuminating in the best sense. It helps you understand what you value, your patterns of thinking and behavior and how to work with yourself instead of against yourself.

That is what makes it useful in organizations. When a team has a shared language for understanding how each person shows up, what they need under stress, and where their blind spots live, communication gets better. Conflict gets navigated instead of avoided. Leadership becomes more sustainable.
