As a facilitator, I pull from my years of experience facilitating in social change movements, faith-rooted environments and business settings. I pull from a wide variety of sources including Appreciative Inquiry based xchange facilitation, Emergent Strategy, Training for Change, DesignShop, and others. I first learned to facilitate as a La Leche League Leader…and if I can lead a discussion with toddlers asking for snacks, overwhelmed, new breastfeeding mothers asking questions, and at least three different opinions on any given topic in the room, I can facilitate just about anything!
